Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tressentials is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages once they have been accepted by the carrier. If an issue occurs during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.

Processing vs. Shipping

Processing time and shipping time are two separate stages of your order:

  • Processing Time: The period required to prepare, create, or package your order before shipment.

  • Shipping Time: Begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

Please note: Processing time does NOT include Sundays or holidays.

Address Requirements

For security purposes, your billing address and shipping address must match at checkout. Orders placed with mismatched addresses will be automatically cancelled to protect against fraud.
